Pulled Pork and Roasted Spiced Cauliflower

I have officially found the recipe I have been waiting for. Something I can make overnight on Sundays so that I have a delicious meat ready to go for the week. This would be wonderful with breakfast, with a salad at lunch and to be used in a number of different ways for dinners when I am short on time. It is none other than Everyday Paleo’s new Beyond Easy Pulled Pork. Not using any liquid in this was key. I even put everything in the Crockpot the night before, including the dry rubbed pork. Just pulled it out in the morning and put it on for 9 hours on low. You’ll definitely want to give this one a try! I served along with another new recipe, Roasted Spiced Cauliflower. I didn’t have any red wine vinegar so I used white wine vinegar instead and it was still┬ádelicious!
