It’s Raining, It’s Pouring

It is really coming down here in the PNW today, lots of rain and cool temps after our 80 degree Friday last week. But a pretty decent weekend overall weather wise so won’t complain too much.

Saturday night had date night, and we went to a new restaurant that just opened in our neighborhood called The Coterie Room. It was delicious! Then we headed over to a fun little theatre/bar that is just behind our condo called The Big Picture to see Moneyball starring Brad Pitt. It was really good! Sunday I had brunch with my girls, followed by new condo shopping, then we went to do a little wine tasting out at Chateau Ste Michelle followed by dinner with our friends, Eric and Sarah. It went by so fast!

Here is what I wore for all of the Sunday activities, it was rainy and cool so pulled out the boots and wore my white skinnies for the first time. I think they are going to be a fun item to jazz up outfits this Fall and Winter.

Today’s outfit I definitely went for another Fall look. I picked up this blouse with a Macy’s gift card, I loved the print, fit, and colors. Tribal prints are definitely in this year! I have a bunch of ideas on how to mix and match it. Was also excited to wear my mustard cardigan, this is another piece you will be seeing a lot of!

What do you think of “tribal” prints?

I love white skinnies with chestnut boots. A great pairing. This outfit makes me want some white skinny jeans. They look like a lot of fun for fall. And I like the idea that you are breaking the old “no white after Labor Day” rule with white skinnies and boots. The top is quite pretty too, you wear warm colors very well.
