Day and Night

Well we are almost to the weekend, yay!

So I was checking my Facebook on the bus this morning, and saw an update from NY&Co on my newsfeed titled “Diary of a Princess”. I click through and they have clearly found out about my obsession with Duchess Kate’s wardrobe and the stuff is so cute! Check it out here. I am just dying over this trench coat, so chic, and I love that I always get coupons from them that basically make things 40-50% off. Right now I only have $60 off a $125 purchase, but hoping to get a $100 off a $200 purchase soon and do some shopping. Don’t go there without a coupon! Now if only they would come up with better shipping prices, I don’t love having to go to Southcenter…

Now onto today, I am going to see Les Miserables at the 5th Ave Theatre tonight, so excited, one of my all time favorite musicals. Guaranteed I will cry, but it is worth it. I am not planning on going home to change so I needed to be appropriate for work as well as the theatre. I always dress up for the theatre, that is what my Mom taught me to do!

The show is also 3 hours long sitting in a little seat so I need to be comfortable –  I went straight for my Ann Taylor ponte pants. I recently got this vest on sale from Old Navy so decided to pull it out – it came with a self belt in little belt loops, but I wanted to be able to wear other belts with it, so I cut the little loops off and added a larger stretchy one. I seem to always end up cutting off those little belt loops. I went ahead and put on my new Payless shoes – I at first wondered if they were  a bit “much” for work, but you know what, sometimes it is fun to glam things up a  little for daytime so I went with it. : )

Do you have a favorite musical?

Pants – Ann Taylor, Tank – Merona, Vest – Old Navy, Shoes – Payless

And one last thing, I know some of you probably think i am crazy, but Payless has some great stuff coming out! How cute are these boots? Hmmm, can I spend $60 for boots at Payless? I don’t know – but these are pretty darn tempting.

I love that outfit!

Great outfit; you look great in purple.

Les Mis is my favorite musical. I saw Wicked at the Paramount last year (or maybe it was 2009), and Aida – the Elton John version – is excellent, too.

I saw Wicked on Broadway and it was great! Would definitely see it again. One of my other favorites that isn’t shown too often is “Miss Saigon” – the saddest but also one of the most beautiful love stories!

Ok, I am so tired from driving all day and hotel sleeping, but I just HAD to come by to tell you how freakin’ cute you look. No, cute’s not the word. GORGEOUS, hot? Better words. Awesome silhouette here. Must get that vest…and those boots…

Thanks Erin! Hope you got a good night’s rest!

Hi i was wondering if you remember what brand the grey payless ankle boots (if it was fioni or brash ?
