Why I Love White Jeans

Well Monday, here you are again. I’m still working on getting Thursday and Friday’s pictures off our old camera, I couldn’t find the USB cable for it, so am trying to get Michael to do that today, I will get those posted eventually! Michael is back from Vegas now, and fortunately the camera that actually makes taking pictures easy too! I think I missed it almost as much as Michael  : )

Now let’s talk about white jeans. If you don’t have any, they are everywhere in the stores right now and I highly suggest picking up a pair. They are just as comfortable as your blue jeans, but I love the fresh, light and different vibe they give to any outfit, perfect for Spring and Summer. I went with a straight leg pair so that I could wear them with flats as well as heels. If you are still hunting for the perfect pair, you can hit Nordstrom if you want to spend premium denim prices, or check out Gap, White House Black Market, or H&M for more affordable options.

Have you found the perfect pair of white jeans yet?

I love how the toes match the red blazer, so fun! Last summer I tried on at least a dozen pairs of jeans until I found one bootcut pair that fit perfectly. They were worn often last year and I hope to do so again once the rain passes us. On a side note, I tried the cherry tomato/asparagus side dish with the sun dried tomato chicken dish and it was super delicious. I hope to try another dish from your blog next week. Keep posting those food ideas, and the photos really help too. Thanks so much!

Glad you found your perfect pair! Also glad you liked the recipe, that chicken is my new go to dish when I need something simple and easy! I need to figure out what is on the menu for this week now! : )

I did a real easy chicken dish over the weekend. A whole chicken, stuff with as much fresh rosemary as you can, and an onion, salt and pepper the outside. Add a small cup of water to the roaster pan, 2 hours later, super nice fall off the bone chicken. Some like to add lemon too. Hope you like it!

Sorry onion inside to stuff with the rosemary salt and pepper the outside of the bird.

Sounds good, I haven’t made a whole chicken before, but I did just get a Le Cruset dutch oven as a wedding gift that I want to use, sounds like this would be the perfect recipe to give it a try on a Sunday sometime! Thanks!

That black BR top looks familiar 🙂 It looks super cute on you – yay for clothing swaps! And I love my white jeans, they are such a staple.

I’m still looking for the perfect pair of white skinnies. I’ve tried Gap Really Skinny and they just felt to straight to me…not enough stretch or something.
My favorite jeans are J Brand, but I really would rather not pay premium prices if I don’t have to. 😉
