Snakeskin and Silver

Well, I am deathly afraid of snakes, but I like their print on my shoes! I had been wanting these from Target, but they are sold out online, so I was so happy when I popped up to Target on Sunday and found them there in my size! Here is the link to online, keep an eye out if you like them, I’m guessing they will come back. They are a bit higher than I normally wear, but I think they add a little glamour to any outfit, and I am not adverse to a little discomfort for style’s sake : ) Overall they are quite comfortable. I have been on the hunt for a pair of snakeskin shoes after seeing Sarah at the Daily Sophisticate  make such great use of them in her outfits. In fact, she is wearing hers today too!

Seeing as how I had the print on the shoes, I went with all solid colors today and added a chunky silver necklace for a little extra pop. I got this open cardigan at Old Navy, and left it loose to balance out my very slim cut pant, but I think it will soon make an apperance belted.

Gorgeous! Those Target pumps definitely caught my eye too. They are darker than mine….perhaps they wouldn’t be a duplicate? 😉
I love patterned shoes, and I am amazed how versatile these are!
Also, I love your pants. Are they knew? My Gap Really Skinnies are starting to lose shape.

Well, for $30 I think they are definitely different enough : )
I got the Ann Taylor ponte pants over the holidays at their 40% off sale and they don’t seem to be available anymore, but they are incredibly comfy so if they pop up again, definitely give them a try.
