These are such an easy and delicious week night dinner!

Ingredients

4 bell peppers

1 lb. hamburger meat

1 onion

1 can diced tomatoes

1 tsp. minced garlic

1/4 of cheese

for seasoning – sea salt, pepper, garlic salt, thyme and a little red pepper flake

Avocado for the side.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, in pan, sautee …onion and garlic in a little olive oil. Once carmelized a bit, add hamburger meat and sautee until cooked.

Add can of tomatoes and season mixture using seasonings listed above to taste.

Cut off tops of peppers and put in baking dish standing up.

Using slotted spoon, fill them with hamburger mixture and add a little cheese to the top of each one (I also add a little to the middle).

 Put top of pepper back on and bake for about 20 minutes or so until peppers are very soft.
